Terms & Conditions - Red Packet Offer (February 2022)

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions organised by Cresco Data Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “CrescoData”) located at 8 Marina Boulevard #05-02, Marina Bay Financial Centre Singapore 018981.

• Red Packet Offer deal (“Promotion”) is available from 12am 1 February 2022 - to 11.59pm 28 February 2022 (Singapore Standard Time)
• The Promotion is available only to those CrescoData Agreements signed and submitted electronically to a CrescoData representative before 11.59pm 28 February 2022 (Singapore Standard Time)
• Therefore The Promotion expires at 11.59pm 28 February 2022  (Singapore Standard Time)
• Valid Agreements will receive 30% off the “Set Up” fee outlined in the CrescoData Agreement minus applicable fees and taxes
• No further correspondence will be entered into after the expiration date
• The Promotion is only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers. In the event where there are two or more ongoing promotions, a customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount or voucher, whichever he/she deems most appropriate.
• The Promotion is not valid on Agreements signed before 12am 1 February 2022 and after 12am 1 March 2022 (Singapore Standard Time)
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrescoData reserves the right, at its sole discretion to amend, withdraw or revise these terms and conditions and the offer at any time without prior notice and in such event, CrescoData shall not have any liability whatsoever. 

In addition to these general terms & conditions, specific terms & conditions may apply to each respective promotion.
