Product Importer
Remove barriers to merchant on-boarding. Remove manual tasks from your QA team by adding an automated way for merchants to migrate their product catalogues into your platform. The CrescoData Product Importer provides frictionless import and integration of product data that automatically maps product attributes, backfills product information and transforms images to match your platform requirements. All that is needed from the merchant is their source API key.
The Product Importer Service provides either a one-off catalogue migration or continual sync’s if required.

Branded Portal Solution
CrescoData’s Branded Portal solution is designed to help merchants on eCommerce platforms to self-board on to a specific Marketplace.
This includes the ability to sync products, stock, pricing, orders and order updates between the eCommerce platform and Marketplace.

Rules Builder
Are you needing to modify product information from a source channel, before it is publishing into another channel? Are channels requesting attribute enrichment, so your products are found easier, however you do not want to update the value in your eCommerce platform?
The CrescoData Rules Builder allows you to set up rules against key product attributes, while allowing you to filter on a certain subset of products to allow for bulk updating for current and future products.
Functions include the ability to remove, replace, append, prepend or fix text to values, while also allowing you to exclude the publishing of products to channels.
KEY FEATURES:
- Ability to edit source product values without changing or affecting their current source listings.
- Flexibility to create product rules at a Marketplace level, meaning the potential for different titles, pricing and stock buffers to name a few.
- Conditionals rules - Meaning only a subset of products are enriched with certain rules with one or multiple conditions.
- Multiple rules - Ability to create multiple rules against the same attribute.
- Source Attribute - Ability to create conditions or build a rule based on any source attribute received.
- Transparency at a product level to understand when a rule has enriched an attribute for support and traceability.
- Overwrite mappings - Ability to build your own value for a particular attribute i.e. Multiple source attributes together, appending or prepending text.
- Ability to preview rules at a specific product level before applying.
- Ability to run the rule on existing products and any future products that meet this criteria.
- Ability to prioritise rules within the same attribute, to define which rule should take priority if conditions are met.
- Rules include the ability to “Append”, “prepend”, “add”, “subtract”, “default”, “hard-code”, “search and replace” to name a few.
Cross-Sync
Do you need to enrich your data from more than one source of truth?
CrescoData’s cross-sync feature allows for data to be retrieved from multiple source connectors, that can be combined to enrich into one Publishing Destination Connector.
KEY USE CASES:
- Products via a PIM and stock via an OMS - The need to enrich stock into the product feed to send to a Marketplace.
- Products synced from Shopify, however wanting to set up different specials per Marketplace - Ability to connect g-sheets for pricing to enrich into what is sent to each marketplace, overwriting the price from Shopify.
- Order product identifier is different to the identifier in an OMS - The ability to enrich the OMS identifier from Product data to create orders successfully.
Google Sheets Solution
Don’t have a PIM or content management system? Are you using spreadsheets to manage product catalogues? Do you have multiple spreadsheets per marketplaces?
Remove manual product uploads with a centralised Google sheets solution to help centralize and automate the sync of product catalogues, images, inventory, price and promotions to marketplace accounts. Take control by allocating product categories to the relevant marketplace categories.
