Saving Views

The ability to save a defined list of filters and columns at a list view within a CrescoData portal. This is a great feature that saves you time no longer having to filter on the same criteria, every time you go to the CrescoData portal.

Saving Views

  • Go to the sync list you have to save a view for.
  • Add the filter parameters.
  • Add any additional columns (If any).
  • Click on Views and Create
  • Name the View and click Save

Retrieving Saved Views

  • Click on Views
  • This will show a list of all saved views to select from.

Delete Saved Views

  • Click on Views
  • Click on the right edit icon for the view you want to delete.
  • Click Delete
