Account setup

Sign up a to a seller account with Zalora.

  • Please register an account by  emailing Zalora on mp-acquisition@sg.zalora.com.
  • Zalora will get in touch within 7 days to verify details and complete the account setup.
  • Shipping details will need to be finalised and then the Zalora seller account should be ready.
  • After completing all of the above, please grant CrescoData access to Zalora seller account.

Access

Access to a Zalora seller account is granted via the Zalora API and can be done in the Zalora Seller Center by following the instructions below.

To grant CrescoData API key access for publishing product catalogue into Zalora, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Zalora Seller Center. Link differs for the different country.

  2. Login to the seller account.
  3. At the top of the page in the menu, select “Settings” and then “Manage Users”:
  4. At the top right of the page, click on “Add User”
  5. On the newly opened screen, setup the following detailsRole: Seller Full AccessEmail address: accounts+<InsertCompanyName>@crescodata.com (i.e. accounts+cresco@crescodata.com)Name: CrescoDataDefault Language: EnglishActive: Yes

  6. Click on “Save”
  7. An email with login details will be shared with CrescoData and the CrescoData team will follow up from there.

API Limits

There are limits to the number of calls you can make per second (this is sometimes referred to as throttling): if you make more than 30 requests per 3 seconds, you will get an “E429:Too many requests” error response.

Please note each marketplace treats financial calculations differenty. Its important to note these calculation differences in the raw data or to let CrescoData know if you need a calculation change.

Item Cost $AUD100

Total Cost = [ Item Cost* ] - [ Discount Cost ] + [ Shipping Fees ]
$120 = [ $100 ] - [ $10 ] + [ $30 ]
*note GST is inclusive in item cost.
