To use the Conversations API a developer must request an API keys. This process is summarized below:

1. Developer creates an account at the Developer Portal
2. Developer requests keys through the portal
3. Client key approver enables or disables keys using the Key Management Dashboard via the Bazaarvoice Client Portal
