Summary
Amazon Vendor Direct Fulfilment enables vendors in direct fulfilment (DF) program to manage direct fulfilment business operations programmatically through web service integration. Automated integration with Amazon enables vendors to improve and maintain their performance at scale and grow their business with Amazon. Vendors can use these APIs to build applications to increase operational efficiency, reduce effort, reduce errors, and improve performance.

Purchase Orders | Receiving Amazon orders via API to convert into a required OMS format. |
Order Acknowledgement | Sending an order acknowledgement to Amazon automatically upon retrieving an order via API. |
Shipment | Once an order has been processed and shipped with the OMS, CrescoData receives this update and sends a shipment update to Amazon detailing the items shipped, carrier and tracking number. This allows for partial and split shipments to be sent, meaning multiple shipments for the same order. |
Inventory | Syncing of inventory from the source of truth to Amazon. |
