The contractual and commercial process is as follows:

• Once the commercials are agreed with the Sales team you will be sent a quote to sign.
• Once this is signed we will create the Statement of Work. 
• The Statement of Work contains all the information that both parties agree on to set the service up. This includes:
  • Architecture
  • Connected Sources
  • Business Rules
  • UAT test cases
  • Activation Date
  • Setup Fees
• We will also issue The Platform as a Service Agreement which is the contract between the two parties. This includes:
  • Definitions
  • All contract terms
  • Contract Term and Territory
  • Licence fees 
• The Service is considered live for billing purposes at The Activation Date

Information needed for The Contract

In order to create a contract we need the following information:

• Registered company name, address and business registration number (UEN for SG or ABN/ACN/TFN for AU)
• Name, title and email of the person signing the contract
• Name, title and email of a technical contact
• Name, title and email of the business contact
• Name, title and email of The CrescoData Management Portal Administrator
• Contact details of the finance contact for invoicing and payment
