Project Management Approach 

CrescoData uses an Agile Kanban methodology of working.

Communication Channels 

CrescoData uses the following channels when working on a project with a customer. These provide a good mix of instant messaging, collaboration through a central Project Management platform as well as a weekly alignment between everyone involved.

 

Channel Description
Weekly Team Check-ins
  • Involving everyone involved in the project.
  • To run through risks, concerns and overdue task.
  • Agendas to be sent out before the meeting by Project Managers.
  • To be chaired by the Project Manager.
Slack channel
  • To communicate and get fast answers to issues that people face.
  • Purpose to remove roadblocks / impediments, allowing people to delivery to the tasks they own. 
Monday.com
  • CrescoData platform to allocate tasks to people.
  • Ability to comment on tasks, where help or clarification is required.
  • To provide a central view to all stakeholders, as to progress and delivery dates of key milestones.
