Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps to complete your merchant settings required to sync records between Channels.
Credentials
For every Channel you will be required to fill out the defined information required to Authenticate. This could also include clicking the Authentication button which requires you to login to your Seller Center account to accept / approve us syncing records.
For every Channel you can click the three dots and select Test Connection to check to ensure you have added the right values before proceeding.
NOTE - For every name / attribute within settings, can hover over it to get more information.
Products
- Toggle each service to Activate them.
- Go through all of the settings provided for each Channel.
- By default the products will be in a pending state to allow you to enrich the products through Mappings and Rules.
- Click Next
Orders
- We recommend to leave these as Not Active until you have published products. Details are provided under the final step of Review, Approve and Monitor,
- Click Save
NOTE - If you do not have the credentials for the Marketplaces you are connecting into yet, you can still Activate the product services to review how the product will be listed by clicking the three dots next to Save and selecting Force Save.
However at a minimum you will need to provide the right credentials for your product source channel.
This will then start the process of:
- Retrieving Products from the Source.
