Access

To grant CrescoData API access for publishing product catalogues to The Iconic SellerCenter, follow these steps:

  1. Go to The Iconic Seller Center
  2. Log in to the seller account.
  3. From the top menu, select Settings and then Manage Users.
  4. At the top right of the page, click on Add User.
  5. Fill in the following details:
    • Role: Seller Full Access
    • Email Address: accounts+<CompanyName>@crescodata.com (e.g., accounts+mystore@crescodata.com)
    • Name: CrescoData
    • Default Language: English
    • Active: Yes
  6. Click Save.
    An email with login details will be sent to CrescoData, and our team will follow up from there.

  1. Register as an Iconic Merchant via The Iconic Seller Center:

  2. Information Required:
    • Contact number
    • Legal name of the company
    • Business legal type
    • Business address
    • Business registration number
    • Product names
    • Bank account details
    • Parcel pick-up address/warehouse location

  • Cresco feature support: Auto-populate, Direct match

Image Requirements

For product images on The Iconic, the following specifications must be met:

  • Wholesale: 2362 (w) x 2953 (h) px, 300 dpi
  • Seller Center: 1600 (w) x 2000 (h) px, 300 dpi
  • Colour: RGB-sRGB
  • Grey: Minimum RGB value of 230, 230, 230

Promotions, Shipping, Vouchers, and Tax

Each marketplace may handle financial calculations differently. It’s essential to be aware of these differences in the raw data or inform CrescoData if a calculation adjustment is needed. For more information:

Example Calculation:

  • Item Cost: $AUD 100
  • Discount: $AUD 10
  • Shipping Fee: $AUD 30

Total Cost = (Item Cost) – (Discount) + (Shipping Fees) = $120.00

(Note: GST is included in the item cost)
