Image Requirements

Rules:

  • Every listing must include at least one photo.
  • Images should be at least 500 pixels on the longest side.
  • Stock photos cannot be used for items listed as “used.”

Recommendations:

  • Optimize images for mobile with 1600 pixels on the longest side.
  • Keep images clean—avoid text, borders, or cluttered backgrounds.
  • Use watermarks sparingly to avoid distracting potential buyers.

Size Requirements:

  • Minimum: 500 x 500 pixels
  • Maximum: 9,000 x 9,000 pixels
  • File size: Up to 12MB

Best Practices:

Developer Account & Merchant Authentication
