Turning Strategy into Momentum

As we move into February, the initial buzz of the New Year is settling into a steady rhythm of execution. Whether you are celebrating the Lunar New Year this month or focusing on smashing your Q1 targets, February is the month where the year’s winners begin to pull ahead by turning their 2026 strategies into operational momentum.

In my last update, I spoke about why “Enrichment is King” in the age of AI. This month, I want to focus on Agility.

The retail landscape is shifting fast. Recent reports show that 47% of Australian retailers now see AI as a core business function rather than a side project, as “Agentic Commerce” begins to automate the actual purchasing journey for consumers. We are seeing major moves in the region, from ANZ Bank launching its own Agentic AI-powered tools to the explosive growth of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), which is expected to reach over US$18 billion in Australia this year.

At CrescoData, our mission for 2026 is to remove the “friction” from this fast-paced growth. Our roadmap is built around three clear pillars: Saving YOU time, providing greater transparency, and making things easier. We know that success in 2026 isn’t just about selling a good product; it’s about the execution capacity behind it.
