Example for setting up a Scheduled Order Error Alert Email
Filter by the Level: Error and the
customer or integration.
2. Click on export once the filters are confirmed.
3. Select the export details as below (subject to customers' requirements of email notifications), confirm the setup by clicking on “Schedule“ and this will trigger an email notification to the recipients only when there is order error(s).
As of 10 November 2020, the export feature has improved with
Email with an hourly schedule
To receive email notification only when the event occurs (cancel / refund/order error / etc. )
