Getting Started
CrescoData supports a range of access levels within the Management Portal. To register new users please contact your account manager or send an email support@crescodata.com with the following details:
- User Email
- User Full Name
- User Role
A new user registration will be processed within 24 working hours.
Logging in
New Users
Once registered, a new user will receive an email titled “Your CrescoData Account Detail”. A temporary password will be assigned. Users are required to login to reset the password.
Existing Users
- Go to https://app.crescodata.com/
- Enter your email and registered password
Select “login”
Changing passwords
To reset your password contact CrescoData’s account manager or send an email to support@crescodata.com.
A new password will be sent to you via email within 24 working hours. You will also need to click on the app link within the email to reset your password.
Forgotten passwords
To receive a new password contact CrescoData’s Support Portal or send an email to support@crescodata.com.
A new password will be sent to you via email within 24 working hours. You will also need to click on the link within the email to reset your password.
Logging out
To log out of the portal:
- Click on the CrescoData logo on the top right hand corner
Click `Sign out`
