What do the CrescoData fees include?
Setup Fees:
Setup Fees are payable for all new connections.
The following is included in the setup fee:
- Account set up
- Connection from data source
- Data mapping
- Data feed creation
- QC + Project Management
Platform-as-a-Service Monthly Licensing Fee:
The Monthly Licence Fee is a fixed licence fee payable for the duration of the contract.
The following is included in the monthly licensing fee:
- Automated Product, Price, Stock + Order Syncs
- CrescoData backend support and core services
- Customisation of business rules for product listing, updating and order management
- Maintenance of Publishing Destination connection: changes in API, taxonomy, mappings and system rules
- Roadmap of Publishing Destinations
- Access to The CrescoData Management Portal
- Account Management (Tier 1)
- Functional Reporting and alerts
- Support: Basic Support Services. See The Support Policy for details
- AWS monthly hosting costs (includes Events and Image Hosting) of up to 15% of the Licence Fee

Active Merchants
Are defined as Merchants that are set to 'Active' in “The Cresco Data Management Portal”. Active Merchants are charged per Publishing Destination, per Country, per month.
GMV
“GMV” or gross merchandise volume means listing price shown on the website, multiplied by the number of items sold. This includes tax and discounts but excludes vouchers and shipping. This is also considered as Gross Revenue
Per Order
“Order” An Order is defined as the purchase record of a product or multiple products sent from a Publishing Destination. This includes but not restricted to orders that are fulfilled, cancelled or returned.
Variable Events - Monthly access fee and AWS Event charges for the Cresco Data Rules Builder and Cross Sync (where the Customer has subscribed for these services)
"Event" - Is the creation or update of data based on an update from a Source Connector to publish to a Publishing Destination Connector. This could be for any Commerce Data such as Products, Stock, Orders and Order Updates.
"Rule Builder Event" - Is any update from the Source Connector or republish of data within the CrescoData Management Portal which has a CrescoData Rules Builder rule that enriches the information sent to a Publishing Destination Connector. This could be one or many rules applied to the same record.
"Cross-Sync Event" - Is an action where data is enriched from one or many different Source Connectors to send to one Publishing Destination Connector.
AWS Event Charges

| Cross Sync | $150 for every 150,000 Cross Sync Events per month |
