Terms of Service Contracts
The contract term is 12 months and is effective from the date set out in the Statement of Work. The contract will automatically renew unless terminated as per the Terms of Service.
Why is the contract 12 months?
All contracts are a duration of 12 months. All contracts are a duration of 24 months. This is partly to cover the cost of the Service but also to allow the time to build a mutually beneficial partnership to enable CrescoData to work with the customer to provide increased return on investment.
Why does the contract automatically renew?
The contract automatically renews to save the administrative burden of agreeing a new contract at the end of the term and also to prevent any ‘out-of-contract’ situations. The customer is able to terminate the contract by providing CrescoData at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the expiry of the Term, or otherwise by means set out in 9.2 in the Terms of Service.
If you wish to terminate your contract before the contract:
To terminate your contract please send an official email 90 days’ prior to the end of the contract term to email@example.com and copy your account manager in.
