Contract Term

The contract term is 12 months and is effective from the date in the Statement of Work. The contract will automatically renew unless terminated as per the Terms of Service.

Why is the contract 12 months?

All contracts are for 12 months or 24 months. This is partly to cover the cost of the Service but also to allow time to build a mutually beneficial partnership, enabling CrescoData to work with the customer to provide increased return on investment.

Why does the contract automatically renew?

The contract automatically renews to save the administrative burden of agreeing to a new contract at the end of the term and to prevent any ‘out-of-contract’ situations. The customer can terminate the contract by providing CrescoData at least 90 days written notice prior to the expiry of the Term or otherwise by means set out in 9.2 in the Terms of Service.

To terminate your contract, please send an official email 90 days before the end of the contract term to finance.management@crescodata.com and copy your account manager.
