Contract Term & Renewal
- The contract term is 24 months, effective from the Activation Date stated in the agreement.
- The contract automatically renews unless terminated according to the contract terms.

- The 24-month term helps cover the cost of the service.
- It allows time to build a mutually beneficial partnership, ensuring CrescoData can maximize the customer’s return on investment.
Why does the contract automatically renew?
- Prevents administrative burden by eliminating the need for a new contract at the end of the term.
- Avoids any ‘out-of-contract’ situations that may disrupt service.
- Customers can terminate the contract as outlined in the agreement.
Termination Policy
- To terminate the contract, send an official email 90 days before the contract end date to finance.management@crescodata.com and copy your Account Manager.
Territory
- The territory covered is specified in the Platform-as-a-Service Agreement.
