COVID-19 – An Update from CrescoData

First of all we hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy. We wanted to reassure you that here at CrescoData  we are doing everything we can to ensure that our team and customers are looked after.  

 

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our employees, partners and customers is our top priority. We have implemented a number of policies to protect our team and to ensure they are still able to carry out their jobs to the best of their abilities. 

Our team regularly works from home and we have always ensured they have the tools and resources necessary to work remotely. Should the Singapore Government mandate a stay-at-home policy we will continue to operate with regular online meetings, agile development practices and the highest level of support. 

Service Reliability

All of the CrescoData services reside on the AWS cloud which is well provisioned to handle this situation. Our downstream providers have also given their own assurances around performance, reliability and security. All our services are hosted using the latest AWS Serverless architecture that’s designed to handle any peaks in eCommerce sales. We do not anticipate any impact to our services. 

Is there anything we can do to help?

Despite the challenging conditions our customer data shows an increase in online marketplace sales. We value your continued support and during this uncertain period we are offering customers discounts on additional services including turning on new marketplaces.
