Click Central Branded Portal
Summary
This help guide will walk you through how you can onboard yourself on to the Click Central Marketplace to sync products, stock, orders and order updates via Shopify and Maropost Commerce Cloud.
Service Fee
The first thing you need to do is to pay for the service fee to use this application.
- When you first login to https://clickcentral.crescodata.com/ you will see a warning message - "Payment is required to activate your services. Click here to make your payment."
- This is required before any services can be activated.
- Clicking the link, will take you through to a payment page.
- Please note this is a monthly payment, with a minimum term of 12 months.
- Once payment has been made, this will redirect you to our Branded Portal to complete setup.
Maropost Commerce Cloud
Settings
Connection details
Upon logging into https://clickcentral.crescodata.com/ first go to "Settings" from the left navigation.
Here you will be asked to add in your connections details for Maropost and Click Central. Please review the below on how you can access these details.
Maropost
- Go to your Maropost Control Panel > Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools > API Settings
- Regenerate and Press Save Changes button.
- This will generate an API Key for you to authenticate.
Click Central
- Click on the button below:
- This will ask you to login with your Click Central Mirakl account details.
- Next you will need to authorize CrescoData by clicking "Confirm" to allow the syncing of data between Click Central and your eCommerce platform.
- This will redirect you back to the Portal and you should see a green tick under Click Central Connection Details.
Once completed, click "Next"
Products
- Click Central - Here you can define what data you want to sync between Click Central and Maropost.
- Maropost - All settings can be defined based on a Maropost custom product attribute. To see what "Misc" field has been used, please go to /_cpanel/miscfield_inventory within your Maropost cpanel.
- Activation Attribute - Define the "Misc" field used to define if the product should be active on Click Central. Please enter "y" to publish to Click Central.
- Categorisation Attribute - Define the "Misc" field used to specific the Click Central Category ID, the product should be published into.
- Description Attribute - If you have a specific product description for Click Central, you can overwrite the default product description with a "Misc" field.
- Logistics Class Attribute - Define the "Misc" field used to define each products Click Central logistics class.
- Default Logistics Class - Define a default logistics class for each product when publishing to Click Central, if it is the same across all products.
- Image Mappings - Define the order you want to send images to Click Central, based on image attributes in Maropost.
- Price Group - Define what Maropost price group you want to sync to Click Central.
- Verify Promo Dates - Turn off if a Maropost promo start / end date is not required to sync a special price to Click Central.
- Allow Default Price Fallback - To use the Maropost default price, if a price group is not selected.
- Virtual Stock Qty - Define the stock to sync to Click Central, if it is a virtual product in Maropost.
- Stock Buffer - Set a number to deduct from the stock quantity received from Maropost.
- Toogle both services from "Not Active" to "Active".
- Click "Next"
Orders
- Maropost
- Maropost Payment Method ID - Payment method to apply to orders from Click Central. You can get the ID from https://yourdomain.neto.com.au/_cpanel/paymentoptions, clicking configure on one of your payment methods, to find the ID.
- Maropost Shipping Method ID - Shipping method to apply to orders from Click Central. You can get the ID from the ID column on https://yourdomain.neto.com.au/_cpanel/shippingcostmgr.
- Shipping Service / Courier Mappings - A mapping of the Maropost shipping service to the carrier sent to Click Central once an order has been dispatched. You can get the ID from the ID column on https://yourdomain.neto.com.au/_cpanel/shippingcostmgr. Example: {"1": "DHL", "2": "AMEX"}
- Maropost New Order Status - Status of a Click Central order when importing into Maropost.
- Fulfilled Orders - Status of a fulfilled Click Central order when importing into Maropost.
- Toogle both of the services from "Not Active" to "Active".
- Click "Save" to complete the setup.
This will schedule the download of products from Maropost. Also sync any future orders from Click Central to Maropost.
Publishing products to Click Central
Below is the process of how you publish products from Maropost to Click Central. These steps must be taken in order for products to publish, so please follow them carefully.
Category allocation
Below is how you define what category the product should be published to in Click Central, based on the Misc field defined in the product settings.
Products will only be published to Click Central, if it has as ID added to the Misc field.
- Go to the “Categories” link from the left navigation.
- Click on the "Export" button to export all category.
- This will link you to "Exports" where you can download the Click Central category list.
- Review the category list and find the categories most relevant to your products.
- Within Maropost, create a custom product field for Click Central Activation & Click Central Category ID (Misc fields used in the Product settings above).
- Within Maropost, export your products into a CSV - Help guide HERE
- Based on the custom fields added for Click Central Activation & Click Central Category ID, update all products with a "y" and the Category ID as defined in the category list export downloaded.
- Example - If we want to list a product under “Appliances > Cooking & Dishwashers > Cooktops & Stoves” in Click Central, we would add “17” to the Misc field in Maropost.
- Follow the instructions HERE to import the product updates back into Maropost.
Category & Product Attributes - Creation in Maropost.
Below is how you can update your products in Maropost, to enrich the products created in Click Central.
- Go to attributes HERE and then bulk filter on categoryID. Paste in all the Categories you are allocating products to.
- This will list out all attributes possible.
- Click "Export" to download a CSV of all attributes + values.
- For any new attributes, create a custom product field in Maropost and enter in an accepted value from the "Options" column of the export.
- NOTE - There also is a "Required" column that defines the minimum requirement to publish into Click Central.
Category Attributes - Mapping
Once the updates have synced from Maropost, follow the below steps to insert them in Click Central.
- Go to "Products" from the left navigation.
- Click on the "Mappings" tab.
- Click on the "Categories" dropdown and select the first category.
- Click on the "Click Central Attributes" dropdown and select the attribute you want to map.
- NOTE - Anything with a red * is a required attribute.
- Next click on the "Source Attributes" dropdown and select the attribute from Maropost you want to map the Click Central Attribute to.
- NOTE - Any "Size" Click Central attribute should always map to the "Source attribute" of "Size".
- Any other attribute should map to a "Misc" source attribute.
- You can find the "Misc" attribute by going to /_cpanel/miscfield_inventory within your Maropost cpanel.
- Once selected click the "Map" button.
- This will then show all "Source Values" that can be mapped to a "Click Central" value from the dropdown.
- If you have created the attribute in Maropost specifically for Click Central and used an accepted value, you can click the "Forward Values" button. This will prevent you having to match each value again.
- Complete this process for all categories.
Product Attributes - Mapping
Similar to category attribute mapping, product attribute mapping are for attributes that are not category specific and follow the same process as above.
Please ensure you map any "Click Central Attributes" with a red *, as this is a required attribute.
Logistics Class
This is an important field to define when syncing offers to Click Central. You can add them either by:
- Maropost custom attribute - You can define the Misc field as a product setting if you want to define this at a product level.
- Mapping - Products > Mapping tab > Product Attributes > Click Central Attribute Dropdown > Logistics Class
- Here you can set a default value for all offers.
Preview & Republish
Once you have completed all mapping, click "Preview & Republish" and click "Republish"
This will sync products to Click Central.
Reviewing product publishing
To review if products were successful or not, go to "Products" and the "Diagnostics" tab.
This will provide you with a summary for you to click into, review any issues and action issues to ensure products are created successfully.
Deactivate a product
If you have previously created a product and want to deactivate the product, please change the "Misc" value defined in the settings to activate a product, from "y" to "n".
Order - Sending a shipped status to Click Central
Please follow the Maropost help article HERE. Once an order has been "Dispatched" within Maropost, this will update Click Central with a shipment status and trigger an email to the customer with tracking details.
Shopify
Settings
Connection details
Upon logging into https://clickcentral.crescodata.com/ first go to "Settings" from the left navigation.
Here you will be asked to add in your connections details for Shopify and Click Central. Please review the below on how you can access these details.
Shopify
- Log in to your Shopify admin account: https://www.shopify.com/login
- On bottom of the left hand side of the dashboard, select "Apps" from the left navigation.
- At the top right, click on Develop apps
- Then click Create an app
- Specify the title of the custom app, provide a contact email account and click Create app.
- Next click Configure Admin API Scopes.
- Provide the below Read and Write permission

- Once the above has been ticked, click Save.
- This will provide you with a new button at the top right to Install app.
- Once installed this will take you to a page to Reveal token once - Please copy this token to be used in the portal.
- Authentication details will then be provided to load into the Shopify section of the Portal.
- Admin API Access Token - Token saved above.
- Shared Secret / API Secret Key - API secret key from the custom app screen where the token was saved.
- URL - Your myshopify.com url. i.e. https://clickcentral.myshopify.com
Click Central
- With Click Central go to User Settings > API Key
Once completed, click "Next"
Products
- Click Central - Here you can define what data you want to sync between Click Central and Maropost.
- Shopify
- Stock Buffer - Set a number to deduct from the stock quantity we receive from Shopify.
- Toogle both services from "Not Active" to "Active".
- Click "Next"
Orders
- Toogle both of the services from "Not Active" to "Active".
- Click "Save" to complete the setup.
This will schedule the download of products from Shopify. Also sync any future orders from Click Central to Shopify.
Publishing products to Click Central
Below is the process of how you publish products from Shopify to Click Central. These steps must be taken in order for products to publish, so please follow them carefully.
Category allocation
Below is how you can create a Shopify "tag" to define what category the product should be published to in Click Central.
Products will only be published to Click Central, if it has one of these tags.
- Go to the “Categories” link from the left navigation.
- Click on the "Export" button to export all category.
- This will link you to "Exports" where you can download the Click Central category list.
- Review the category list and find the categories most relevant to your products.
- Go into Shopify and filter on products that should go to the same Click Central category. Bulk apply the tag to products in Shopify. Tag format is
- FC-ID_<Category ID> (Column from the category list export).
- Example - If we want to list a product under “Appliances > Cooking & Dishwashers > Cooktops & Stoves” in Click Central, we would apply the tag “FC-ID_17”
Category & Product Attributes
Below is how you can update your products in Shopify, to enrich the products created in Click Central.
- Go to attributes HERE and then bulk filter on categoryID. Paste in all the Categories you are allocating products to.

- Click "Export" to download a CSV of all attributes + values.
- NOTE - There also is a "Required" column that defines the minimum requirement to publish into Click Central
- If you want to update your products in Shopify, you can add the tags to Shopify using the below format:
- FC-<Attribute ID>__<value> - Example "Activity Type" would have the tag of "FC-activity_type__Basketball"
- NOTE - <Value> is based on the "Options" column of the export.
- Based on this we will just forward this attribute + value on to Click Central.
Category Attributes - Mapping
Once the updates have synced from Shopify, follow the below steps to insert them in Click Central.
- Go to "Products" from the left navigation.
- Click on the "Mappings" tab.
- Click on the "Categories" dropdown and select the first category.
- Click on the "Click Central Attributes" dropdown and select the "Size" attribute.
- Next click on the "Source Attributes" dropdown and select "Size"
- Once selected click the "Map" button.
- This will then show all "Source Values" that can be mapped to a "Click Central" value from the dropdown. Map the most appropriate "Click Central" size from the dropdown.
- Complete this process for all categories.
Product Attributes - Mapping
Similar to category attribute mapping, product attribute mapping are for attributes that are not category specific and follow the same process as above.
Please ensure you map any "Click Central Attributes" with a red *, as this is a required attribute.
Logistics Class
This is an important field to define when syncing offers to Click Central. You can add them either by:
- Shopify Tag - FC-logistic-class__<value>
- Value is either "FREE" or "SHIP1 ->20" - And this is if you want to define it at a product level.
- Mapping - Products > Mapping tab > Product Attributes > Click Central Attribute Dropdown > Logistics Class
- Here you can set a default value for all offers.
Preview & Republish
Once you have completed all mapping, click "Preview & Republish" and click "Republish"
This will sync products to Click Central.
Reviewing product publishing

Deactivate a product
If you have previously created a product and want to deactivate the product, please update the product with this tag "FC-deactivate"
